Concept Sketch

Concept Sketch

An original Fan-Design for a Strategic Bomber manufactured by Incom Corporation.

The central idea of this design is that the bomb bay is housed within the engine cowling, taken from the design of the PBM Mariner, a flying boat used by the US Navy in WWII.
Because the engine cowling space was occupied by the bomb bays, the engines, and the landing gear, the T-Wing was left underpowered and without a satisfactory bomb load. Coupled with its inflexibility as a Strategic Bomber, it saw very short production run and very limited use by the Rebellion.
